ShikaTicket acts as an intermediary between event organizers, hotels, travel service providers, and customers.

3. User Responsibilities

When using ShikaTicket, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not resell, duplicate, or tamper with tickets or bookings.
• Keep your account details secure and confidential.

4. Ticket Purchases & Bookings

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
• Ticket prices are set by event organizers or partners and may include service fees.
• ShikaTicket is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect user information (e.g., wrong email/phone number).

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are handled as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Event cancellations or rescheduling are the sole responsibility of the event organizer.
• Hotel and travel bookings follow the partner’s cancellation terms.
• ShikaTicket service fees are non-refundable.

6. Liability Disclaimer

ShikaTicket is not liable for event quality, lineup changes, performance issues, or travel/hotel service delivery. We are not responsible for losses caused by force majeure events (strikes, weather, pandemics, government restrictions). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the ticket or booking in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ShikaTicket (logo, brand name, text, images, and system design) is owned by ShikaTicket or licensed for use. Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our platform.
• Use ShikaTicket for fraudulent activities.
• Resell tickets without authorization.

9. Account Termination

ShikaTicket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent or illegal activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes shall be resolved in the Kenyan courts.
