At ShikaTicket.com, we strive to provide a smooth, secure, and reliable ticketing experience for our customers and event organizers. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

  • All ticket sales made through ShikaTicket are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds are subject to the rules and terms set by the event organizer, venue, hotel, or travel partner.
  • By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this refund policy.

2. Event Tickets (Concerts, Sports, Comedy, Festivals, etc.)

  • No refunds will be issued if you change your mind, are unable to attend, or miss the event.
  • Refunds may be issued only if:
    • The event is canceled by the organizer.
    • The event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date.
    • The event is significantly changed (venue, headline act, or timing) from what was originally advertised.
  • In such cases, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7โ€“14 business days, subject to organizer approval.

3. Hotel & Travel Bookings

  • Hotels and travel bookings follow the cancellation and refund rules of the respective service provider.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable, while others allow cancellation within a certain time frame (e.g., 24โ€“72 hours before check-in or travel date).
  • Please check the specific terms on the booking page before confirming your purchase.

4. Service Fees

  • Convenience fees, processing charges, or service fees charged by ShikaTicket are non-refundable, even if a refund is approved for the base ticket price.

5. Refund Process

  • To request a refund (where eligible), you must:
    1. Contact us via support@shikaticket.com with your order number, event details, and proof of purchase.
    2. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the cancellation notice or scheduled event date.
  • ShikaTicket will coordinate with the event organizer, hotel, or travel partner to process your request.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
  • Failure to attend the event due to personal reasons (illness, travel delays, etc.).
  • Dissatisfaction with event performance, line-up, or experience (unless significantly misrepresented).
  • Force Majeure events (strikes, weather, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), unless the organizer explicitly authorizes refunds.
